We at RizzlyStore.Com offer you 7 working days Replacement policy on any of your watch purchases from us.
To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, Warranty and all extras if any.
Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” allows for easy replacement for:
⇒ Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
⇒ Products not as per description/photo on the website.
If the Product is Broken or Defective, we will Replace product with new product.
Your product will pick within 7 working days.
If you don't like to replace Product in this cases, we will provide you the same amount of coupon code or add funds to your wallet. For your next purchase.
If a product is used by a customer or broken by customer or product is not same as our product, in this case, we will not replace or add wallet point and not issue any Coupen code .
We would arrange to have the concerned item picked up from your address & delivered back to us through our courier partner.
As soon as we have received and inspected the item to ensure the item has not been used, we will start the process for replacement or wallet point and coupen code any one from this.
